Adequate Emily is a transgender filmmaker, film lover, film analyst and overall cinephile who discusses media and how it affects her, and how it’s made. Her video essays are long form analyses of films, while her “Adequate Shorts” are shorter reviews on contemporary films done in a simpler way. She’s also directed a short student film titled, “Boston Suicide Club.”
