Apex Publications publishes science fiction, fantasy and horror in the form of books and a magazine. They’ve been producing work that’s dark, beautiful, and out of this world since 2005. They also publish narrated original audio short fiction. Their books and magazine have been recipients of some of the top awards in science fiction, fantasy, and horror: the Hugo Award, the Nebula Award, the Stoker Award, the World Fantasy Award, among others. In 2014, the third anthology in their international SF series, The Apex Book of World SF: Volume 3, was selected as one of NPR’s top 40 books of the year. Along the way, Apex has had the opportunity to publish some of the most exciting and interesting writers in speculative fiction: Brian Keene, Maurice Broaddus, Kristi DeMeester, Michael Wehunt, Damien Angelica Walters, E.
