Frankey Barrz is a 6x award winning artist and activist from Washington D.C. They got their start as a freelance videographer in the nightlife and entertainment industry of Atlanta, Ga. Soon after, they transitioned into a successful political career in D.C. This led them to be awarded as the D.C. Statehood Champion from their media work and the D.C. Statehood Film Festival winner for “BE FREE”. They were 2019 DCTV Voice of Music and Entertainment for “The Frankey Barrz Show”, February 2020 filmmaker of the month, The Hip-Hop ambassador of the “Entheogenic Fungi and Policy Act of 2020” helping Chocolate City become the first on the East Coast to decriminalize mushrooms and more by 76% votes, and finally leading them to being a grantee and partner with the Plant Medicine Coalition from their second single “Put It Down”. After a deep foundation laid between Media Arts, Entertainment, Government, and Politics, Frankey Barrz brings you their debut EP “Grace” including the hit singles “Made With Love”, “Do You Deliver”, and “Keys to the Polls”.
