Helen Boyd

Helen Boyd is writing for a long time for their blog about gender and trans issues at en|gender, but it’s time for them to start working on other kinds of writing, too. They want to get back to a writing them that they feel like they’ve abandoned for the teaching them for too long, and they think plenty of their readers would love access to the process of creation. They’re certainly never going to abandon their role as an educator and advocate on trans and gender roles, but there is so much more to them that they’d like readers to know. They’re very thankful to have so many readers in their life who value their books My Husband Betty and She’s Not the Man I Married, and they still love getting emails from people thanking them for saving their marriages or their lives. It’s incredibly meaningful and always has been. They wanted to create a different kind of space now where they didn’t have to throw it all up in public but could thank some very loyal readers and supporters by giving them more from the inside of them, not just from their public educator/advocate self. There’s so many kinds of writing they do, but most haven’t been published… until now. So come join them.
