Nerdy Girls exists in two spheres – offline and online. {Offline}, they are two teenage sisters (Greta and Parker) in rural WA who are trying to build the ultimate robotics training ground where girls can walk in noobs and walk out master robot trainers. Currently, they have about 22 IRL members who gather with them under the cover of darkness to conquer The Quest. What’s The Quest, you ask? That brings us to our next sphere of existence: {Online} The Quest is six levels of increasingly difficult robotics projects. For each robot in The Quest (there’ll be 25-30 at any given time), they create a YouTube tutorial that guides you through everything–from building to wiring to coding. In their very humble opinion, the best part is that these tutorials can be used by anyone, anywhere, any time (even at 1:17am). Their vision is that The Quest is a cheap, easily accessible, and clear path to robotics mastery for the masses.{Coming Soon} They’re also making cheap, open-source robotics kits for the cool kids!
