Nick Frendo is the founder of ASCND. They have a mission to help as many men and women as they can to return to hope. Their mission is to continue to build a community and share this message as far and wide as possible. Nicks work has proven that there is a need and an appetite for content that helps people to understand that there are others who feel the same, and that encourages them to open up about their own feelings. By encouraging them to share, hopefully they can help people to understand that they are not alone, that there is cause for hope, and to point them in the right direction for the help and support they need.
