Nonprofit AF is Vu, the guy behind NonprofitAF.com. NAF is a blog that discusses the fun and frustrations of working within the nonprofit sector. Nonprofits and nonprofit professionals are pretty amazing. But they face a bunch of challenges. For instance, no one really understands their work. They are like air: all around, but usually invisible and unappreciated until they’re needed or they’re gone. And of course, there’s the Overhead Myth, and funding dynamics, and comparisons to for-profits, and some of them have to deal with mice at their office. Vu loves writing, but it does take time and money to do it.
