S.P. Somtow (Somtow Sucharitkul) is a world fantasy award-winning author of Mallworld, Vampire Junction, and the Inquestor Tetralogy who hasn’t gone away. They are pursuing the muse by creating an opera company in Thailand and gradually drifting away from writing novels. They are 65 now and want to survive to write all the novels, operas, and other works that are still in their head, but can’t abandon all the things they’re doing for the cultural life of this country and for artistic development of young people.
