Working Class History is a podcast dedicated to all those who have struggled in the past for a better world and who continue to do so now: women, men, youth, people of colour, migrants, indigenous people, LGBTQ+ people, disabled people, workers, the unemployed, housewives – the working class. Working Class History is committed to being completely independent, and making history available to everyone. So, they have no adverts. And, apart from a bit of bonus content, they don’t put anything behind a paywall. They’re not academics or experts. They’re just ordinary workers doing this on their own time to try to help educate and inspire a new generation of activists with lessons from the past. In addition to their podcast and social media outlets they’re working on building an interactive website and global map of people’s history.
