Lezzie Borden is an ongoing archive created by Alex Hall celebrating, preserving & collecting thoroughly researched depictions of Horror Queerness throughout multiple mediums including literature, art, music and television. Alex is a film writer specializing in queer & lesbian horror cinema. With a background in film & lit theory, Lezzie Borden has allowed Alex to hone their critical writing skills while nurturing a predilection for dissecting & excavating scraps of obscure queer media. Most recently, they have contributed a chapter to a forthcoming book of essays on Queer Horror. Alex is also the co-creator of Queer Frights, a queer horror zine, with Shan Murady, Heather Petrocelli, and May Santiago.
